Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chiplar. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Returns and Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team at support@chiplar.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. For other cases, please request a return and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@chiplar.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal balance again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
